Due to health and sanitation reasons, Jewelry is FINAL SALE. Handbags and other accessories are final unless you receive a damaged/defective item. This does not cover improper care of jewelry/goods by the customer. Exchanges only for damages/defects within 7 days of purchased date. Mirror Mirror Accessories must deem any items as defective and MUST be notified of any damages/defects within 24hrs of receipt of goods. Upon notification, you must request a return authorization number (RMA). Returned items must be in new condition with tags on and in original packaging. Any sign of wear or usage will result in termination of the return. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for shipping back to us and for any re-ship fees (these are non refundable). We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages in the mail and therefore suggest you insure or keep proof of tracking information for your package
